Cancellation and Refund Policies
⟶ 24 Hours Notice is required for private appointments cancellations.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked appointment fee.
⟶ Workshops, seminars, and other such speciallity events will have specific policies pertaining to that event
⟶ Registration to a group class may be made up to 12 pm day of class
Exceptions may be made with the provision of a Dr. Note in the case of extenuating circumstances and is at the discretion of Meridian Health and Wellness.
Recurring Subscriptions - Meridian Monthly Membership
Membership Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the My Account page after logging in. There is no minimum amount of notice required. Once you cancel your recurring subscription, you will no longer be billed and your access will expire at the end of the session during which you cancel.
It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their subscription if they choose to do so before their subscription recurs and the payment is processed. After the payment is processed, there will be no refunds.
