Yin Yoga-Our Signature Class

Expect a sensation-based approach to yoga as opposed to an alignment-based approach. Our delivery of Yin Yoga is unique and effective, based on working with the nervous system.
Enjoy floor based postures while the body is supported by a variety of props.

This class is appropriate for all bodies and levels of activity.
