What is yin yoga with pam?

Yin Yoga is long-held stretches on the floor for a mild to moderate sensation, with relaxation time at the end! This is a sensation-based approach as opposed to an alignment-based yoga approach.

The Benefits Yin Yoga

The physical science; when moderate stress is applied to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—it increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility. (And, side note, you can keep your socks on for this class!!!).  Pass holders must pre-register weekly, as spaces are on a reservation-only basis and are limited.

Passes are non-refundable, have no holds, and are not transferable to other students or terms

Why Pam Decided to Teach Yin Yoga

“As a person who was not into yoga or meditation, Yin Yoga has completely changed my mind, body, and soul. It forced me to slow down, feel, and deal! It has seriously had such a huge impact on my life that I decided that I just had to become trained so more people could experience it.”
