Group Yin Yoga with Pam introduces you to the art of slowing down. Based on the elements of traditional Chinese medicine, the meridians of the body can become stagnant, causing illness, stress, and a blockage of vital “life force.”

In this class, enjoy long-held stretches on the floor, releasing blockages, for a mild to moderate sensation.

Expect a sensation-based approach to yoga as opposed to an alignment-based approach. Our delivery of Yin Yoga is unique and effective, based on working with the nervous system. This class is appropriate for all bodies and levels of activity.
