Yoga Fit Fusion
Yoga Fit Fusion combines the mindful movements of yoga with the heart pumping challenges of resistance training incorporated with tabatta training for mindful bodyweight movement.
Class begins with meditation and ends with savasana.
This class is suitable for beginners who wish to get started in movement as well as for those experienced yogi’s and athletes who wish to add on to their existing routine.
Practice in your home or office, as this class is based using bodyweight! (Additional weights/dumbbells are optional but not required.)
A true blend of the benefits of both Yin and Yang elements of mindful movement are delivered in this class.
