What is yin yoga with pam?
Yin Yoga is long-held stretches on the floor for a mild to moderate sensation, with relaxation time at the end! This is a sensation-based approach as opposed to an alignment-based yoga approach.

Why Pam Decided to Teach Yin Yoga
“As a person who was not into yoga or meditation, Yin Yoga has completely changed my mind, body, and soul. It forced me to slow down, feel, and deal! It has seriously had such a huge impact on my life that I decided that I just had to become trained so more people could experience it.”
