INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
- 14 oz lean beef, cut into thin slices (3.5 oz portion of beef each)
- 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 1/2 cup red pepper (1/2 c portion veggies each)
- 2 cups brown rice cooked according to instructions (1/2 c portion brown rice each)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp low-salt soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Quick spray frying pan with cooking spray, cook beef thoroughly (or cook separately on BBQ). In a separate frying pan, a quick spray with cooking spray, add your veggies, and lightly cook on low heat (approx 5-7 min), then toss with fish & soy sauce.
Correctly measure/weigh a portion of beef, veggies & brown rice for each serving.
